Registration Confirmations

Either a deposit or full payment must be received to hold your place in each class. Space is assigned in the order of payments received. If you register and a class is full, you may choose one of the following options:

• Ask to be placed on a waiting list to be added if someone cancels
• Apply your payment toward pre-registration for the next class of your choice
• Receive a very prompt refund of your payment

Class Options

Level 1 and Level 2 Options

Although Levels 1 and 2 are offered on the same weekend, it is not required that these be taken together. You may register for a single class level, or take them together in a weekend "intensive".

Level 3 (Master) Options

Those interested in taking the Reiki Master level are offered two options: Master Practitioner, or Master Teacher. This choice allows those who do not plan to teach to receive the master attunement, power symbols, and advanced practice techniques at a much lower investment than the traditional "all-in-one" Level 3 course.

Level 3 Master Practitioner includes all of the standard Level 3 materials and content except for the training and certification to teach Reiki.

Level 3 Master Teacher includes all of the standard Level 3 material and content, including preparation and certification to teach Reiki classes and give Reiki attunements.

Because the majority of the material for the two classes is the same, the Master Practitioner and Master Teacher classes are offered on the same day at the same time. If there is a mix of students in the class, those who are taking Master Practitioner will leave at the end of the common training, while those taking Master Teacher stay to complete the teaching portion of the class.

Discounts

The weekend intensive price represents a $25 discount off the fees for Level 1 & Level 2 classes taken separately. If you feel ready to take these two classes on the same weekend, this is an option for you.

Refunds and Cancellations

A PathFinder class would be cancelled only in the case of an illness or emergency. If this should occur, you will be notified as early as possible prior to the class. Since 2001, only one PathFinder class has been cancelled.

If PathFinder must cancel a class, you are offered two options. You may receive a complete, prompt refund of all funds paid, or you may transfer your payment to the next class of your choice. With classes scheduled monthly for Levels 1 and 2 and semi-monthly for Level 3, there are many options to choose from.

If you choose to cancel your registration for a class, a complete refund will be given if you cancel within 5 days before the class date.

If you cancel less than 5 days before class, a full refund will be given only if personalized class materials have not already been printed for you. If your materials have already been prepared, you will receive a refund minus a $15 service charge.

If you need to cancel for a specific date, but wish to transfer your registration to a future class, you may do so without a service charge.

No refunds will be given if you are a "no show" for class. Please call if you are unable to attend.

Preparing For Class

It is especially important to drink a lot of water on the day of class. Filtered water is provided on site. Water cups also are provided, but you may find it useful to bring a small water bottle that you can refill as needed.

You may bring your lunch or go out at the lunch break. However, no kitchen facilities, refrigerators or microwaves are available. Please plan with this in mind if you choose to bring your lunch. A variety of restaurant choices are available nearby if you choose to go out.

Dress in comfortable clothing.

Be especially good to yourself during the few days before class. If possible, try to find enough quiet or meditation time, or do whatever will make you feel as balanced and clear as possible for your Reiki experience and attunement.
