PathFinder accepts secure credit card and online payments through PayPal for both classes and therapy sessions. However, due to the nature of the services, a couple of qualifying conditions apply.
Class Payment Procedures
If you pay for a class online, your full payment for the applicable classes must be posted to PayPal when you register.
If a class is cancelled, or you need to cancel, your payment will be promptly handled in accordance with PathFinder’s refund and cancellation policies.
To post your payment to PayPal, complete the online registration form and click “submit”. You will then be taken to a page where you can select the PayPal payment button for the class of your choice.
In addition to a receipt from PayPal, you will receive a personal confirmation from Carrie Laymon verifying your payment and registration.
Please note: If you want to cancel for a class, please call in advance. Refunds will not be given for class “no-shows”.
Therapy Session Payment Procedures
If you choose to pay for therapy sessions by credit card, you must post your payment prior to the session.
Schedule your appointment and then go online and post your payment at PayPal before your appointment date.
To assure that your payment is confirmed before your session, please post your payment at least 2-3 days prior to your appointment date.
In addition to a PayPal receipt, you will receive a personal confirmation from Carrie Laymon verifying that your payment was confirmed.
If you need to reschedule your appointment after you have paid, your payment will be applied to the rescheduled appointment date.
If you need to cancel your appointment after you have paid, notify PathFinder as soon as possible and your payment will be promptly refunded, usually within 48 hours of your notification.
